Early morning pick-up from your Entebbe or Kampala hotel. Scenic drive southwest through tea plantations and rolling hills (~8 hours). Afternoon arrival at your lodge. Evening briefing with your guide - permit confirmation, trek rules, and what to expect.
Breakfast at dawn, then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park headquarters. Your ranger team tracks the habituated gorilla family - trek time varies from 1 to 6 hours depending on where the group has moved. Once located, spend **one magical hour** with the gorillas. Afternoon: optional village walk or relaxation at the lodge.
Morning at leisure. Optional guided nature walk in the forest before check-out. Return drive to Kampala/Entebbe, with a stop at the equator for photos. Drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
